The Ordering Process
STEP 1
Place your order online or request a complimentary order pack directly through our website to begin.
STEP 2
If you placed an order online, you will receive our ashes collection pack through the post.
If you requested a free order pack, this will also be sent in the post along with an order form.
STEP 3
Once we receive your ashes at our workshop, we will begin creating your jewellery.
You will also receive an email confirmation confirming your loved ones ashes have arrived safely and securely.
STEP 4
We will notify you by email as soon as your jewellery is ready.
Orders are tracked next day delivery and will require a signature.
